Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, hospitality or related fields
  • ServSafe certification
  • At least 3 years of experience working in kitchen operations
  • Exposure to a high volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate contracts and make cost effective decisions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Kitchen operations oversight including team management and inspection/maintenance of kitchen facility
  • Menu planning
  • Maintain budget for kitchen operations in relation to vendor management
  • Facilitate orders for food and kitchen items
  • Team oversight including staff scheduling and strategic workforce planning
  • Participate in training and supervision of new and existing staff
  • Prepare and review budget documentation for accuracy
