- Intermediate to excellent knife skills
- Outgoing, approachable and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- Basic computer skills

- Prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrees, salads, side dishes and soups
- Place orders for products
- Take guest orders via phone and in person

- Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
