Job Description

The College of the Holy Cross is seeking a Catering/Retreat Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all retreats, catered events, and conferences at the Joyce Contemplative Center, as well as supporting Hogan Catering and other satellite locations as needed. The role involves supervising and directing culinary and banquet staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
