Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage one savory station in its entirety ensuring precision and consistency
- Order and manage product inventory for your station
- Produce high-quality mise en place meeting Michelin-level standards
- Apply Japanese knife skills traditional cooking techniques sushi fundamentals and Japanese confectionery basics
- Explore avant-garde methods including hydrocolloids and modern preparations
- Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment
- Uphold accountability for your prep list and ingredient integrity
- Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine Sous Chefs and the rest of the team
