Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage one savory station in its entirety ensuring precision and consistency
  • Order and manage product inventory for your station
  • Produce high-quality mise en place meeting Michelin-level standards
  • Apply Japanese knife skills traditional cooking techniques sushi fundamentals and Japanese confectionery basics
  • Explore avant-garde methods including hydrocolloids and modern preparations
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment
  • Uphold accountability for your prep list and ingredient integrity
  • Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine Sous Chefs and the rest of the team
