Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months combined professional hospitality and kitchen experience
  • Culinary training
  • Ability to teach and develop team members
  • Food safety certification or willingness to complete within 6 months
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Organized and systematic approach to work
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
  • Ability to travel for training

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary training

  • Execute operational SOPs and merchandising standards
  • Monitor and maintain in-stock levels and manage promotions
  • Build positive work environment and train team members
  • Serve as culinary ambassador and enhance guest experience
