Job Duties

  • Lead and manage kitchen stations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • develop and execute innovative, locally-sourced menus
  • collaborate with culinary team members to maintain consistency and operational efficiency
  • engage and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster skill development
  • monitor inventory and source organic produce aligned with sustainability goals
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • assist in maintaining financial performance targets for the culinary department
