Job Duties

  • Lead and manage your section of the kitchen ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
  • Support and guide Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes maintaining exceptional standards across all outlets
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness organisation and food safety
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to create seasonal innovative and memorable menus
  • Contribute ideas to continually improve standards and guest experiences
