Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years 5-star culinary experience
  • culinary degree or diploma
  • previous experience in renowned upscale restaurant or hotel
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage a specific kitchen station under the Executive Sous Chef
  • prepare and cook dishes ensuring quality, consistency, and timing
  • plate dishes to meet presentation standards
  • supervise and train junior hoteliers
  • maintain inventory and manage ingredient supplies
  • ensure food quality and consistency with attention to taste and presentation
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service
