Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school diploma
- minimum 3 years of related experience
- no supervisory experience required
- no license or certification necessary
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to follow safety protocols
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours and assist team members
- ability to comply with company dress code and appearance standards

Job Duties
- Prepare special meals or replace products
- regulate oven, grill, and rotisserie temperatures
- thaw frozen food appropriately in refrigerators
- ensure correct food portions, distribution, and garnishing
- maintain food records and inventory
- monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
- communicate assistance needs during peak periods
- inform the chef of excess food for daily specials
- notify Food and Beverage staff of rejected products and specials
- ensure food product quality
- prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists
- prepare cold dishes
- assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and training employees
- comply with all safety and company policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- conduct safety trainings and acquire safety certifications
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- foster positive work relationships and support team goals
- ensure quality standards compliance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- stretch and bend as needed
- move, lift, or carry objects up to 25 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
