Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • experience with culinary unions and collective bargaining agreements preferred
  • must be able to obtain all work cards

Job Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant kitchen
  • experience as an executive chef or sous chef preferred
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to mentor and energize a diverse culinary team

  • ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • current experience in the hospitality industry

Job Duties
