Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Michelin-starred kitchens
  • Proven record of managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Expertise in Mexican or Latin American cuisine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cost control, inventory, and scheduling
  • Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years Michelin-starred fine-dining leadership experience (Chef de Cuisine/Sous)
  • Experience in 2-3 Star Michelin environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Quality-first and hospitality mindset
  • Mexican cuisine experience strongly preferred
  • Latin/Latin American cuisine experience acceptable

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure exceptional execution, consistency, and food safety standards
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, technique refinement, and culinary direction
  • Manage scheduling, training, coaching, performance, and hiring while supporting a high-performing kitchen culture
  • Oversee ordering, production, and cost controls while maintaining station readiness and service standards
