Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of supervisory or Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality and consistency

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee daily culinary operations for Kitty O'Sheas and other outlets
- Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation, food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Manage team member productivity and performance
- Control food costs and overall profitability
- Expedite service during peak periods to ensure timely delivery
- Perform general management duties including budget and forecasting
- Visually inspect and select quality food products
- Create and implement new menus and food items
- Manage labor schedules, food cost controls, inventory levels, and waste reduction
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision and training
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
