This particular opening is for the Chef de Cuisine position at Fenway Park, the iconic home of the Boston Red Sox. Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine who can lead the culinary operations with dedication, skill, and professionalism. The Chef de Cuisine will deliver memorable food experiences by focusing on team development, culinary excellence, safety protocol adherence, and strong client relations. This role is both hands-on and managerial, requiring supervision of kitchen personnel, coordination of culinary activities, and effective communication across departments to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The Chef de Cuisine will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality through recipe development and standardization, establishing presentation techniques, and controlling menu pricing to meet budgetary requirements. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related culinary experience
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
  • advanced knowledge of culinary principles and food safety
  • proven management experience in culinary settings
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise or coordinate all related culinary activities
  • estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
  • select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • establish presentation technique and quality standards, and plan and price menus
  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
  • oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrates culinary techniques
