Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant culinary certification or degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a culinary leadership role
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong understanding of cost management and inventory control
- Ability to manage scheduling and payroll systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation, food quality and presentation, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Manage team member productivity, performance, cost controls, and overall profitability
- Perform general management duties such as systems management, report generation, and meeting participation
- Visually inspect, select, and use quality food and beverage products
- Create and implement new menus and individual food items
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, and evaluations
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
- Oversee weekly payroll, scheduling, food ordering, and monthly food inventory
- Develop recipe cards and plating guidelines
- Work independently with a strong customer service attitude
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and respond to guest needs
- Foster a flexible leadership style encouraging team collaboration and input
