Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary leadership
  • Experience in banquet or hotel kitchen environments preferred
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong understanding of budget and cost control
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading culinary production in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage team member productivity and performance
  • Control costs and maintain overall profitability
  • Perform systems management and budget forecasting
  • Generate reports and participate in departmental meetings
  • Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members
