Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in culinary leadership
- Experience in banquet or hotel kitchen environments preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong understanding of budget and cost control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading culinary production in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary production including meal preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Manage team member productivity and performance
- Control costs and maintain overall profitability
- Perform systems management and budget forecasting
- Generate reports and participate in departmental meetings
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members
