Job Description
Devita Hancock Hospitality is seeking a passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen at a wine bar in Clinton Hill. The ideal candidate should have management experience in esteemed establishments in New York City and be eager to contribute to a successful and growing restaurant group aiming to influence New York City's dining scene. The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all kitchen operations, including food program management, menu development, staff recruitment and training, inventory control, financial planning and execution, budgeting, and related administrative/HR functions within the restaurant's food program.
