Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a chef de cuisine or executive chef
  • Proven track record managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Knowledge of French bistro cuisine and California seasonal ingredients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a Michelin-starred culinary team
  • Strong organizational skills and financial acumen
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
  • Calm and kind demeanor with a perfectionist approach
