The Chef de Cuisine will take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all kitchen operations and setting the standard for food quality and service. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including up to six weeks of paid time off, relocation housing support, and Simple IRA retirement plans. The ideal candidate will lead by example, developing a high-performing culinary team capable of executing innovative and seasonally inspired Italian menus while maintaining recipe integrity and operational efficiency. Beyond managing food and labor costs to ensure profitability, the Chef de Cuisine will foster a positive and collaborative kitchen culture, motivating staff and maintaining optimal performance under the dynamic pressures of a busy dining venue. This role requires someone with a strong background in Italian cuisine, proven leadership and financial skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in English (Spanish is a plus).
