Job Duties

  • Lead dinner service and run expo with consistency and control
  • Oversee food quality, consistency, and plating standards
  • Coordinate with AM kitchen team to ensure smooth prep and service readiness
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and par levels with awareness of food cost
  • Support training and development of kitchen staff
  • Coordinate events, pop-ups, and special service execution
  • Collaborate on new menu items and ensure smooth rollout
  • Maintain kitchen organization, systems, and workflow
  • Communicate closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service
