As a Chef De Cuisine, you will be expected to lead by example, managing kitchen staff through effective scheduling, payroll oversight, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching and evaluation processes. Your leadership will help cultivate an environment of teamwork, innovation, and operational success. A significant part of your role will involve creative menu development and food innovation that aligns with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations. Additionally, you will coordinate and implement special events and holiday functions, contributing to the hotel's reputation for exceptional guest dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will excel under pressure, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with team members, front-of-house staff, and guests. They will be passionate about culinary excellence, quality control, and the development of a productive and satisfied kitchen team. Experience in managing food production, ordering, cost control, and consistency will be fundamental, alongside active participation in marketing events related to the hotel’s restaurants. Flexibility with scheduling and geographic mobility will be advantageous in fulfilling the demands of this position.

We offer a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity where you can contribute your creativity and leadership skills to a respected culinary establishment and grow professionally in a supportive environment.
