- Strong financial acumen related to food cost and budget management
- Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse kitchen teams

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team in all culinary operations and service execution
- Develop, maintain, and innovate menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Manage food costs, inventory, and budgets to achieve financial goals
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen staff
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
