Reporting directly to the Corporate Chef, this role carries significant responsibility for overseeing food costs, inventory, staff recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Chef de Cuisine will also collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to guarantee that every guest enjoys an elevated dining experience. This position offers a competitive base salary of up to $95,000 plus a 10 percent performance bonus, alongside comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary arts or higher
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale kitchen
- Proven record of managing kitchen operations and budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, upscale, or fine dining kitchens
- Strong culinary creativity and ability to innovate menus
- Proven experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, and inventory
