Job Requirements
- Must have 3-5+ years of full service kitchen management experience
- Previous chef de cuisine experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
- Experience managing food costs and menu ordering
- Strong leadership abilities
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
