Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
strong interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
experience in menu development
ability to maintain budget and achieve financial goals
capacity to handle guest complaints and feedback
capability to train and develop employees
willing to work full time
located in Tampa or willing to relocate with assistance
