Job Description

Saucon Valley Country Club, a prestigious club retreat spanning 860 acres known for exceptional recreation and social experiences, with a focus on golf, is looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Cuisine to lead one of its key culinary outlets. This role reports to the Executive Chef and requires a hands-on, creative leader who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-standard environment, responsible for menu development, team leadership, kitchen operations, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to members and guests.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of culinary experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Formal culinary training or degree from an accredited program preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in high-volume, high-quality dining environments (club, hotel, or fine dining)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality, innovation, and continuous learning
