Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of catering management experience
  • at least four years in a sous chef or equivalent kitchen role
  • valid and unexpired food safety certification
  • proven ability to manage multiple food outlets and high volume service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • two years experience as a catering manager banquet and events manager or similar role
  • four years experience as a sous chef
  • unexpired food safety certification
  • experience with food and beverage purchasing and supply chain management
  • familiarity with Rational Combi Oven operations
  • strong team building recruiting training motivation and leadership management skills
  • bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • ensure efficient food service operation while maintaining high production quality and guest service standards
  • assist in the preparation of daily food orders
  • check the quality of daily specials before events
  • interact with guests before and after events to ensure complete satisfaction
  • maintain a professional attitude in a high-volume environment
  • adjust schedule based on business levels
  • lead team building and training initiatives
