Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management
- valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- passion for food quality and customer service
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- passion for quality food and exceptional customer service
- solid written and verbal communication skills
- basic accounting knowledge
- ability to work effectively in a team and motivate staff
- familiarity with local and state food handling regulations
- completion of relevant training programs is a plus
Job Duties
- complete a comprehensive manager in training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
- train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
- ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards for the white glove test
- manage kitchen operations to maintain high quality and efficiency
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- embrace a flexible schedule and thrive in a fast-paced environment
