Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management
  • valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for food quality and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • passion for quality food and exceptional customer service
  • solid written and verbal communication skills
  • basic accounting knowledge
  • ability to work effectively in a team and motivate staff
  • familiarity with local and state food handling regulations
  • completion of relevant training programs is a plus

Job Duties

  • complete a comprehensive manager in training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards for the white glove test
  • manage kitchen operations to maintain high quality and efficiency
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • embrace a flexible schedule and thrive in a fast-paced environment
