Job Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in pastry preparation including creating pastry baked goods and desserts
- culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- knowledge of and experience with advanced baking techniques
- ability to execute pastry production in a high-volume kitchen under pressure
- excellent communication and organizational skills

- Prepare and make all pastry baked goods and desserts
- follow standardized recipes and measure ingredients to ensure consistency and quality
