Job Requirements

- At least two years of experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Possession of a valid food handler’s card where required
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive manager in training program
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes
- Prepare weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop the kitchen staff
- Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
