Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Possession of a valid food handler’s card where required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive manager in training program
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes
  • Prepare weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop the kitchen staff
  • Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
