Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding high cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering running a successful kitchen
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove test
  • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to meet business goals
