Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in upscale restaurant management
- Valid food handler’s card where required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to upholding high cleanliness and safety standards

- Two or more years of full service upscale restaurant management experience
- Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering running a successful kitchen
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove test
- Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to meet business goals
