Job Description

A prestigious club seeking a dedicated and talented Chef to lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality service and innovative culinary offerings for Members and Guests. The Chef plays a vital role in creating and maintaining kitchen standards, developing menus, and fostering positive interactions with Members. This position requires a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills in both front and back of the house settings.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous chef experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality industry
  • state food handling certification
  • ability to plan menus, coordinate kitchen staff, manage inventory, develop recipes, maintain budgeted costs, and ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards
