Hunan Restaurant Inc., a Chinese restaurant located at 4215 S Sherwood Forest Blvd in Baton Rouge, LA 70816, is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef specialized in Chinese traditional dishes to oversee the direct preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods. The Chef will also be responsible for planning and pricing menu items, ordering supplies, keeping records and accounts, supervising, and actively participating in cooking, baking, and food preparation activities.
