Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in culinary roles preferably in fine dining or catering
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good physical stamina to handle kitchen environment
- Familiarity with inventory and cost control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff ensuring high standards of food quality safety and cleanliness
