Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in culinary roles preferably in fine dining or catering
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Good physical stamina to handle kitchen environment

  • Experience in banquet service catering coordination and hospitality environments
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
  • Competence in managing food service operations in hospitality or restaurant settings

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff ensuring high standards of food quality safety and cleanliness
  • Plan develop and update menus reflecting current culinary trends and client preferences
  • Oversee food production ensuring efficient workflow and timely dish delivery
  • Manage inventory control including ordering supplies monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
