Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • several years of professional cooking experience
  • experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina and dexterity
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • proven experience as a chef or head cook
