Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
