The hiring establishment is a private individual based in Lake Mary, FL, seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Chef / Meal Prep Cook to provide biweekly culinary support. This specific engagement is for a 28-year-old client who desires a carefully tailored meal preparation service focusing on healthy eating, balanced nutrition, and lifestyle sustainability. The client’s nutritional goals emphasize weight loss, post-maintenance eating, and adherence to a primarily vegan diet with flexibility for other wholesome options. In addition to food preparation, the role will encompass grocery coordination—either by providing detailed grocery lists or personally shopping for ingredients using a provided allowance. Knowledge of plant-based cooking, whole foods, portion control, and balanced nutrition is crucial. The candidate must have reliable transportation to Lake Mary, FL, excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively, and preferably valid ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training.
