Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant culinary training or certification
- minimum of 3 years experience in food preparation
- experience leading a kitchen team
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical stamina for kitchen work
