  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
  • culinary certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus

Job Duties

  • plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu standards
  • oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • maintain cleanliness and enforce food safety regulations in the kitchen
  • supervise, train, and collaborate with kitchen staff to foster a productive team environment
  • assist in menu development by contributing creative ideas and new dish concepts
  • manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed
