Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- demonstrated ability to manage kitchen staff
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
- deep knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices
