Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food preparation kitchen management and restaurant operations
- Extensive banquet experience combined with supervising teams within fast-paced culinary environments
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience managing dietary departments to accommodate special needs
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Strong understanding of inventory management food handling procedures and food safety standards
