- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Proficiency in bartending and creating specialty cocktails optional

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff including chefs cooks and other employees
- Oversee food preparation ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Create and develop new menu items taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Plan and execute special events such as banquets or catering functions
