Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- experience managing kitchen staff
- ability to work long hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols
