  • ServSafe Certification

Job Duties

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Prepare and oversee high-quality, scratch-made menu items with consistent presentation
  • Develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect resident preferences and dietary needs
  • Maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget effectively
  • Train, coach, and develop culinary team members for growth and success
