Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- several years of experience in a professional kitchen
- previous supervisory or management experience
- strong culinary skills
- ability to work under pressure
- physical stamina for long hours in the kitchen
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and inventory management
