We are a small, private dinner series operating in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas, dedicated to bringing people together around the joy of food and meaningful conversation. Our series consists of intimate gatherings of around 12 to 15 guests, where food is more than just nourishment—it is a medium for connection, storytelling, and cultural expression. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven cooking experience in a professional setting
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must reside in or near Santa Fe or Albuquerque
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent palate and creativity
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and small-team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a professional chef or cook
- Strong culinary creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage small-scale events
- Passion for seasonal, culturally rooted, or expressive cuisine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt menus to themes and guest preferences
- Previous experience in intimate dining or private event settings preferred
Job Duties
- Develop menus tailored to specific themes
- Prepare and cook meals for small groups of 12-15 guests
- Ensure high-quality and intentional culinary presentation
- Collaborate on menu planning and event flow
- Manage small-scale event kitchen operations
- Engage in creative brainstorming for culturally inspired dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking space
