As our Chef, you will bear full responsibility for all dishes served to our guests. You will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative specials and refining our menu to keep it fresh and appealing. Your leadership will extend beyond the kitchen tasks to hiring and managing kitchen staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality food production. You will be the cornerstone in fostering a positive work culture where technique, consistency, and skills are enhanced through coaching and supervision. In addition, you will manage the food preparation process from planning and ordering ingredients to overseeing budgets and controlling food costs. You will maintain rigorous safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean, compliant kitchen operation. Your ability to inspire cooperation and collaboration among the team will be essential to sustaining our high standards and continued success. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
