We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team and lead all kitchen operations. This leadership role involves overseeing food preparation and cooking processes, developing and implementing innovative menus with seasonal offerings, and ensuring every dish served meets our consistent quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional with a passion for high-volume kitchen management to contribute significantly to our dining operations. The Chef position requires working a hitch schedule of 5 weeks on followed by 10 days off, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, encompassing approximately 63 hours per week during the hitch period. The role includes diverse shift availability such as day, evening, morning, and night shifts when scheduled. We offer a competitive annual salary of $60,000 along with attractive bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree or has equivalent experience working in a high-volume kitchen and possesses strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and hospitality industry standards. Leadership experience in a kitchen environment is essential, as the Chef will be responsible for guiding and inspiring kitchen staff while collaborating closely with management on scheduling and operational duties.
