Job Description

As the Chef, you will take comprehensive responsibility for every dish served, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency. You will lead menu development, infusing innovation and adapting dishes to maintain guest interest and meet profitability goals. The role requires expertise in food preparation and kitchen management, including hiring, supervising, and mentoring kitchen staff to cultivate a skilled and efficient team. You will oversee ordering and inventory control to manage cost and waste effectively, utilizing P&L statements to maintain budget adherence. Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards is paramount, upholding the highest health regulations to guarantee a safe kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance
  • Commitment to upholding food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a chef or head cook
