The role of Chef at Fox River Brewing is a vital leadership position within the restaurant’s kitchen. As the department head, the Chef oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring the production of safe, visually appealing, and flavorfully balanced dishes that enhance the customer dining experience. The Chef is directly responsible for menu planning, budget preparation, and the management of payroll, food costs, and other critical financial records related to kitchen operations.
