Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional culinary training preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle long shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for quality food
Job Duties
- As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu
- You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals
- You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills
